Concurso Custom - Temática Primavera
Éste concurso consiste en presentar una custom completa el día del evento.

Preguntas Frecuentes y reglas del mismo:

¿Quién se puede apuntar?
- Cualquier persona que customice y que acuda al evento con su entrada numerada el día 16 de Mayo de 2015.

¿Me puedo apuntar a los otros concursos?
- Queremos que sea justo para todos, así que si te apuntas a éste, no podrás participar en los otros. Puedes, eso sí, votar en todos de acuerdo con tu papeleta facilitada en el Welcome Pack.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
- Hacer un custom completo con la temática primaveral. Debe constar mínimo de carving y maquillaje.Las medidas del stand no pueden sobrepasar los 30cms de alto x 20cms de ancho y podéis utilizar el material que queráis: un tronco natural, epoxi, el stand original de Blythe decorado, una mini bici, etc.

¿Qué moldes puedo utilizar?
- De preferencia una Blythe Takara original (Neo o Middie. Petites sólo como complemento), aunque Icys y fakes también son válidas desde que se especifique.

¿Cuales son los requisitos de custom?
- Estarán permitidos customs de acuerdo con la temática primavera. No queremos limitar solamente a las flores, puede ser todo lo que conlleva ésta preciosa estación del año: un paseo en el parque, un hada del bosque, etc.
El uso de epoxi está liberado. Se pueden adicionar outfits a juego y el stand.

¿Qué más puedo añadir en el custom?
- Todo lo que sea relacionado con la primavera: mariposas, abejas, mariquitas, dientes de león al viento, libélulas, un maquillaje de hada, duende etc. ¡Desata tu imaginación!

¿Puedo promocionarlo en mi página web, Flickr, etc?
- No. No queremos estropear la sorpresa del momento ni influenciar-condicionar los votos. Así que rogamos que no compartas las fotos hasta el día del evento. Podrás, eso sí, poner un nombre a tu custom y avisarnos al mail blytheconmadrid@gmail.com con 1 mes de antelación para que podamos apuntarlos en las papeletas de votación.

¿Los visitantes van a fotografiar mi creación?
- Ten en cuenta que estará a la vista de todos (aunque protegida para nadie la toque) y podrán fotografiarlas. Participando en este concurso das derecho a que la organización del BlytheCon Madrid publique fotografías de tu muñeca en el blog del evento y en las redes sociales.

¿Os la tengo que entregar el día del evento?
- Sí, de preferencia antes de las 11:30h para que podamos ponerlas en la mesa de exposición y no podrá ser retirada hasta la finalización del mismo. Si prefieres no venir cargada/o nos podrás enviarla por Correos (de preferencia certificado). Si lo haces así, contáctanos para que le facilitemos la dirección. El coste de Correos corre por cuenta del participante y no nos responsabilizamos por pérdidas o daños a la muñeca por parte de Correos o mensajería, por eso recomendamos que la envíe por registrado.

¿Cómo será el sistema de votos?
- Para evitar confusiones, cada visitante/vendedor recibirá dentro de su welcome pack un papelito con el numero y el nombre del custom (no del artista). Tendrá que apuntar su numero de entrada o de mesa (en el caso de los vendedores) para podamos llevar un mejor control. Sólo se podrá votar una vez de acuerdo con tu nº de entrada, por lo tanto, tenla a mano a la hora de votar.

¿Y si hay empate?
- En éste caso, se realizará una nueva ronda de votación entre los concursantes empatados.

¿Cual es el premio?
- Al customizador ganador que más votos obtenga, le daremos 80 "BlytheCoins" para gastar en el día del evento en lo que quiera de los stands expositores. El premio no será otorgado en efectivo y no se podrá cambiar por dinero (metálico) con el staff. Los vendedores serán notificados previamente como proceder después para canjear los cupones con el staff al final del evento.

This contest is to present a complete custom at the event day.

Who can apply?
- Anyone who customize and attent the event with their numbered ticket on May 16, 2015.

Can I apply to other contests?
- We want to be fair to everyone, so if you participate in this one, you cannot participate in others. You can, of course, vote at all with the voting papers provided in the Welcome Pack.

What are the requirements?
- Make a complete custom with spring theme. Should at least consist of carving and makeup.

What molds can I use?
- Preferably one Original Takara Blythe, Neo or Middie (Petites only as a complement), although Icys and fakes are validsince clearly specified.

What are the requirements of custom?
- It's a Spring Theme but we don't want to limit only to flowers, can be everything that goes with this beautiful season: a walk in the park, a fairy forest, etc.
The use of epoxy is permited. You can add matching outfits and stand.

What else can I add in the custom?
- Anything related to spring: butterflies, bees, ladybugs, dandelions in the wind, dragonflies, makeup fairy, elf etc. Unleash your imagination!

Can I promote it on my website, Flickr, etc?
- No. We do not want to spoil the surprise of the moment or influence-condition the votes. So please do not share the photosuntil the day of the event. You can, though, put a name to your custom and notify us by mail:  blytheconmadrid@gmail.com at least 1 month in advance so that we can enter them in the votation papers.

Will visitors photograph my creation?

- Note that will be in sight of all (although protected so no one can touch) and be photographed by all the atendees. By participating in this contest you give the organization the right to publish and photograph of Madrid BlytheCon event's blogand social networks.

Do you I have to give you the custom at the day of the event?
- Yes, preferably before 11: 30h so we can put them on the display table and can not be removed until the event ends. If you prefer not come loaded you can send it by mail. If you do so, contact us so we can to provide you the address. The cost of mail services are paid by the participant and we take no responsability for loss or damage by the Post or courier, so we recommend that you send it by registered.

How will the voting system?
- To avoid confusion, each visitor and seller will receive in your welcome pack a piece of paper with the numbered customs (not the artitst). You will need to put your stall number (for sellers) or your ticket number for a better control by the staff. You may vote only once according to your number entry. So, please, have it handy at the time of voting.

And if there is a draw?
- In this case, a new round of voting among the contestants.

What is the prize?
- The winner with most votes, will be given 80 "BlytheCoins" to spend on the venue in whatever you wish to buy from the stalls. The prize will not be awarded in cash and cannot be exchanged for money with the Staff. Vendors will be notified previously as then proceed to redeem coupons with the staff at the end of the event.
